Simulated Game Days

The simulated game days are an exciting way to fill the gap for game shots counting down the days before the season starts again, or a fun team building day for people who may never have shot before. We run the days in Hampshire. We run the simulated days as if they are real game days:

  • We meet for breakfast. After a bacon roll and a coffee the guns will be given an outline for the day with a safety talk before drawing pegs.
  • We then head off for the first two drives, being chauffeured around on the gun trailer.
  • After the first two drives we head off for elevenses at one of the two barns on the estate. Here the guns are treated to a traditional elevenses menu, served by the Jack Russell team.
  • We then head out for a further two drives. At the end of the 4th drive we head back for lunch.
  • We setup the day for 16 guns. 8 guns shoot whilst the other 8 load and offer encouragement with a few words of advice on where the guns are missing! Guns swap over halfway through the drive. Over the 4 drives the team are shown 6000 clays.
  • We are fortunate that we can shoot over the entire estate and most of the drives are the actual game drives you would shoot partridge or pheasant on! We can cater for all levels of experience, from novice to an expert wanting to test their skill. We are also happy to customise a day to suit your requirements.
